Consummatum est

What does it mean?

John 19:30
"When Jesus therefore had received the vinegar He said,
'It is finished' and He bowed His head and gave up the ghost."

No greater words have ever been spoken. And no greater love of us...

People who have grace understand this sacrifice, those that don't...will not.

But no greater love has ever been shown...agape...and that agape is transendent.

I am thinking tonight about this love..HIS love...and the peace that comes with it.

It is finished.
